About the artist.

Originally a farm girl from the prairies of Saskatchewan, Eli  has traveled the world with her music as a full time recording artist, musician and songwriter. Along the way she has added her passion & talent for art as her side business of Prairie Girl Gifts / The Art of Eli BARSI. She is inspired by her rural upbringing and a traditional minded perspective is reflected in her works. In addition to her landscape folk art she enjoys up-cycling, reclaiming and re-purposing 'pieces of the prairies' breathing new life into gas cans, kettles, cattle skulls, train cases, vintage suitcases, paint stick canvas creations and more. She is a new author of 2 books “ Poems & Paintings from a Prairie Girl “  &  children’s book  “ Beneath the Prairie Sky “.  Eli works full time in her art & music studios on the rolling plains of Saskatchewan creating and selling her works all over the world.
